اس حوالے سے سندھ حکومت کی جانب سے طویل مشاورت کی گئی۔ اب اعلان کیا گیا ہے کہ سندھ میں تعلیمی اداروں کو یکم جون سے نہیں کھولا جائے گا۔ تعلیمی اداروں کی بندش میں مزید اضافہ کر دیا گیا ہے۔ اس حوالے سے محکمہ تعلیم سندھ نے باقاعدہ نوٹیفیکیشن بھی جاری کر دیا ہے۔ جبکہ وزیر تعلیم سندھ سعید غنی نے کہا ہے کہ اس وقت تعلیمی اداروں کو کھولنے کا رسک نہیں لے سکتے۔

ہم اس بات سے بخوبی آگاہ ہیں کہ فیسوں کی ادائیگی نہ ہونے سے نجی تعلیمی ادارے شدید مالی بحران سے دوچار ہیں۔ پہلی سے آٹھویں جماعت تک کے بچوں کو اگلے درجات میں ترقی دے دی گئی ہے جبکہ نویں تا بارہویں کے طلبہ و طالبات کو پرموٹ تو کردیا گیا ہے البتہ اس سلسلے میں قانون میں ترامیم کی جانی ہے،جس پر کام کیا جارہا ہے۔ ہم اس وقت تعلیمی اداروں کو کھولنے کے حوالے سے کوئی حتمی تاریخ دینے کی پوزیشن میں نہیں ہیں البتہ اس حوالے سے محکمہ تعلیم کی اسٹیرنگ کمیٹی کے اجلاس میں حتمی فیصلہ کیا جائے گا۔

وزیر تعلیم سندھ کا کہنا ہے کہ ہم اس بات سے بخوبی آگاہ ہیں کہ فیسوں کی ادائیگی نہ ہونے سے نجی تعلیمی ادارے شدید مالی بحران سے دوچار ہیں اور اسی لیئے ہم نے والدین سے متعدد بار استدعا کی ہے کہ وہ بچوں کی فیس لازمی جمع کروائیں۔ اگر اسکول انتظامیہ نے ایس او پیز پر عملدرآمد بھی کرلیا تو بچے اسکول وین میں ہی آتے ہیں وہاں ایس او پیز پر کوئی عملدرآمد نہیں ہوسکے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ نجی تعلیمی اداروں کو بلا سود قرضے اور ان کی مالی معاونت کی پوزیشن میں سندھ حکومت نہیں ہے البتہ وفاق چاہے تو ایسا کرسکتی ہے۔
